- Return and exchange may be done within 7 days from the receipt date and shall be submitted to Watch Empire’s discretion. For return and exchange, please always attach the receipt and goods return. Watch Empire reserves rights to not return/exchange and refund if there is no the document is incomplete.
- The item to be returned in good condition with an original packing and all stickers and tags. The item which has been used or no stickers and all tags cannot be exchanged/returned.
- It is possible to change sizes, colors, and models of the goods. If the required size, color or model is not available, the item may be exchanged with other items with the same or high price provided that the additional price shall be paid. Watch Empire reserves its rights in refunding the price difference.
- Exchange can be done at all branches of Watch Empire stores except the Franchise or Dealer store.
- To prevent loss or delay in delivery, return or exchange must be done by informed to Watch empire in advance. We are not responsible for any loss arising out of delivery.
- Watch Empire reserves the right to approve and change these terms in any case.
- Goods purchased with discount coupons or Clearance Sale cannot be returned and exchanged, but may be exchanged if goods damaged by delivery or Watch Empire’s fault.

Cash on delivery
- Cash refund shall be processed through the same way payment after confirmed by Watch Empire in 7 working days.
