Delivery Policy

What Customer Must Know

Watch Empire aims to deliver your order at a proper time. Deliveries can be sent to your business place, your office or to your residence. This is the stipulated lead time that we adhere to.
Delivery at Watch Empire is handled by Delivery Company. The specified period does not include public holidays and weekends. As Watch Empire’s office will be closed on Sunday and during long Public Holidays (Khmer New Year, Pchum Ben, Water Festival & Chinese New Year), all orders placed on those days will only be processed for delivery on the next working day.


         Purchased Order before 12:00AM, the item will arrive before 7:00 PM in the next 2 days.

         Purchased Order before 12:00AM, the item will arrive before 7:00 pm in the next 3 days.

PS: The delivery process begins at 12:00PM every day.


Company will provide a free delivery for a domestic order.


We will try to re-delivery at least once a day for three ensuing days if the first delivery attempt fails. Deliveries will be done within 3 working days. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our company and will be awaiting your response.


Returns are only accepted within 7 days of the date of purchase. To be acceptable for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Damaged in Delivery:
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during delivery, please contact us right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and delivered properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.

Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the product.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or by phone at (+855) 77 751 000.

Watch Empire is still new to this business, we strive to deliver the best service possible but mistakes may happen. For deliveries that are postponed, we apologize in advance. We will inform you when this happens and will advise you on the best period for delivery. We will try our best to ensure that your goods are delivered on schedule.
